Position Overview
 
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven sales professional to drive sales growth and maintain customer relationships for our products across the European region (EU, UK, etc.). You will execute regional sales strategies, service existing clients, and develop new opportunities, contributing to the brand's development in the European market.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
1.  Sales development
  • Identify and develop new customers to expand the sales network.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and key distributors, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate internal teams and customer communication during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
  • Report on customer visits and regular KPI achievement to ensure smooth information flow across teams.
 
2.  Attend major industry trade shows/summits in Europe to enhance brand visibility and identify potential business opportunities.
 
3.  Other duties assigned by leadership.
 
 
Qualifications
 
1.  Education
   Bachelor's degree or higher; Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
2.  Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Europe; experience with multinational customers preferred.
  • Sales background in e-bikes, personal mobility devices, or electromechanical industries (e.g., e-bike components, motor systems) preferred.
  • Experience managing OEM customers or distributors preferred.
3.  Core Competencies
  • Sales Skills: Proficient in negotiation, proposal development, and customer management.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics and business objectives.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Dutch.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-cultural communication and team collaboration skills.
